The RoleResponsibilities
  1. Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  2. Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  3. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  4. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  5. Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  6. Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
  7. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
  8. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
  9. Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
  10. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with our values.
RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Skills
  • Able to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
