About the Job:
The Talent Development Company is hiring a Territory Sales Officer to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships within the food industry.
This role involves selling products to hotels, restaurants, and cafes, identifying new business opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide product presentations and samples to influence purchasing decisions and drive sales.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to meet their expectations.
- Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate customer ledger reconciliation and smooth financial operations.
- Ensure all sales transactions are properly documented and recorded.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products to provide expert advice to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably with a focus on hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
