Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Assistant Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand equity by spearheading annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans to contribute to the achievement of brand goals.
  • Manage and develop category marketing strategy to play a part in market growth, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Collaborate with PR, Digital, Creative, and Visual teams to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and deliver category-specific marketing strategies for each product/launch, including Creative, Digital, PR, ATL/BTL, TVC/DVC, and other relevant elements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Consistent driver of change, willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptive, efficient, well organized & collaborative.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position located in Lahore, Pakistan.
