Job Description

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to customers. Your responsibilities include tracking and resolving support requests related to network infrastructure, offering day-to-day operational support, and ensuring high availability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
  • Track and resolve all assigned support requests using effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve network incidents affecting the site for maximum availability and performance.
  • Use standard network management tools and internal ticketing systems for tasks.
  • Produce and maintain network infrastructure documentation based on architectural standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other departments, service providers, and suppliers on network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with architectural and design teams to ensure accuracy of designs and compliance with standards.
  • Work with project management teams to understand project deliverables, commit to timescales, and provide implementation support.
