Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate procurement, production, quality, and logistics processes to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, update documentation, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and issues, escalate, and support mitigation efforts proactively.

  • Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Support vendor management and procurement processes related to project needs.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent engineering degree.

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
