Job Overview:

Manage Centralized Payments
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support in managing all payments related to external vendors and staff reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining Oracle Payable / Fixed Assets modules, ensuring seamless integration with Core Banking and overall infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of Oracle Accounts Payable, collaborating with the IT team for smooth integration with Core Banking and infrastructure.
  • Participate actively in UATs to authenticate correct results for implementation.
  • Process payments to external suppliers of goods and services forming part of Admin Expenses based on approval as per Authority Delegation of the entity.
  • Responsible for timely recording of accounting transactions related to payments made to external suppliers and staff in Oracle Financials (Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, General Ledger), HRMS, WPS, I-flex in line with accounting policies under Chart of Accounts.
  • Ensure all payment approvals received/processed for genuineness, proper authority, HR Policies, matching of PO with invoices, duplication of payments, accuracy, correct recording.
  • Reconciliation and Management of various suspense accounts e.g. Prepaid Expenses, Advance for Work & Purchases, Advance to Suppliers, Recoverable from staff & others.
  • Assist in the management of Fixed Assets/Intangible books including Capitalization and Depreciation/Amortization.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with minimum 5-6 years of work experience with good knowledge of accounting rules, Policies & Procedures of Bank and analytical skills in the field of accounting.
  • Knowledge of systems – Flexcube, Oracle ERP and Oracle GL.
  • Excellent inter-personal and written/spoken communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
