Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Assistant Finance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the finance team by handling patient billing and admission inquiries. They will also be involved in managing admission and booking for day surgery cases, processing final bills for same-day care and providing details of inpatient bills.

In addition, they will centralize cashiering by receiving payments at clinic counters, complete final payments for discharged patients and address telephone inquiries from patients and corporate customers regarding billing. They will also be required to manually process charges in case of application failures.
