About The Role

Manager Compensation and Rewards – Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad

The Manager Compensation and Rewards works to implement rewards strategy and programs that are specifically designed for Afiniti's needs in attracting, engaging, and retaining desired talent. Reporting to the Director, Rewards & People Analytics, you will develop and implement base and variable pay structures, incentives and bonus programs, and benefits programs and administrative guidelines. This includes short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and sales compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective design and execution of foundational rewards such as base pay throughout Afiniti consistently in support of Afiniti's people strategy
• Ensure pay equity across the company in designed pay programs and policies
• Assess market competitiveness for pay to aid in attraction and retention of talent
• Ensure that Afiniti's other benefits policies support attraction and retention
• Customize reward programs where necessary based on varying needs of different functions and job families
• Establish user-friendly systems & technological tools to manage rewards automatically and without error
• Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting process in terms of measurement and analysis of people costs

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits field in HR domain, preferably in a multinational working environment
• Experience in financial budgeting and planning field is a plus
• Effective planning and project management skills and process development knowledge
• Ability to develop rapport and functional relationships with a culturally diverse, global team
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working with numbers and discussing basic statistics
• Advanced level of English
• Knowledge of advanced level MS Excel and other MS Office applications
