Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of human resources personnel and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager and assisting in office and department administration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience with time and attendance systems, as well as legal requirements and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide staff orientation on company policies and procedures.
  2. Enroll employees in health programs and monitor participation.
  3. Lead the interview process for new hires.
  4. Draft job descriptions and maintain job files.
Employee Counseling
  1. Answer general human resources-related inquiries from staff.
  2. Oversee disciplinary actions, including terminations, and process associated paperwork.
Administration
  1. Manage time and attendance systems.
  2. Research and analyze legal requirements.
  3. Maintain training logs and track paid time off and sick leave.
  4. Maintain office bulletin boards in compliance with legal directives.
Executive Support
  1. Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepares reports and correspondence for the company.
Qualifications
