ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As an ERP implementation specialist, you will be responsible for conducting client demonstrations and workshops to showcase ERP functionalities tailored to specific business use cases.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through client meetings, interviews, and process reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP modules.
  • Customize and configure ERP modules in alignment with business processes and organizational goals.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting end-user training sessions and developing training materials.
  • Maintaining comprehensive implementation documentation.
  • Staying updated on ERP platform updates, modules, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, inventory, sales, HR, or manufacturing domains.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation and business artifacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, Draw.io, and Lucidchart.
