As a key member of our team at Symtera Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating multiple sales channels for lead generation. This involves strategic planning and implementation to drive business growth and expansion in the Pakistani market.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in Information Technology Sales and Marketing. Your primary objective will be to manage and develop a robust sales strategy, focusing on corporate clients management, networking skills with higher management, and excellent understanding of E-commerce and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Managing and training a sales team to ensure effective performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Success in this role requires a strong MBA/BBA/BS Business Management/Sales & Marketing background, along with a minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology Sales.
