
Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across non-technical functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder management.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for designing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking. You will build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with high-potential talent. Additionally, you will drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices, conduct in-depth interviews and assessments aligned with role expectations, and advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and interview strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships with high-potential talent
- Drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments aligned with role expectations
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and interview strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-technical roles
- Proven track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
