Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing budget plans, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fresh CA / ACMA, qualified with an MBA in Accounts or Finance and ACCA, required to have at least 04 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain budget plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted results.
  4. Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  5. Presents detailed reports and explanations of budgetary and financial analyses to departments and senior management regarding budgetary gaps or funding requirements.
