Senior Financial Planning Manager

This role is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, developing short-term and long-term financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, and collaborating with department heads to gather budget inputs.
The Deputy Manager will also monitor and review financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with company goals, prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review, and conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, M.COM, MBA.
- Experience: At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software.
