We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the tech industry and has a strong understanding of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads targeting international markets, converting them into successful sales.
- Build relationships with businesses owners and concerned personnel on LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Leverage experience with freelance platforms to acquire new clients and projects.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track and manage potential leads, ensuring follow-ups and deal closures.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of IT services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is a plus.
- Experience with freelance platforms is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain software solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
