We are seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive. In this role, you will drive IT outsourcing sales in the USA market, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in software development, cloud solutions, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, and UX/UI outsourcing.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct sales calls.
• Present persuasive business proposals to secure new business opportunities.
You Will Thrive If:
• You have 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing (USA market).
• You possess excellent English communication, negotiation & closing skills.
• You are proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools & email automation.
• You have a strategic mindset, are self-motivated & results-oriented.
• You can work USA time zones (Night Shift).
