Job Title: Medical Alert Service Representative We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Alert Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their medical alert systems function smoothly. About the Role:The successful candidate will handle a variety of customer inquiries related to medical alerts, providing clear and accurate information and addressing concerns efficiently. This includes responding to incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our medical alert products and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to medical alerts, including technical problems and account inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and contribute to overall team performance.
 Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in a related field or additional certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
