We seek a meticulous Financial Controller to oversee all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgeting. This critical role involves auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Publish financial statements in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, guaranteeing seamless cash flow.
  • Ensure timely bank payments, preventing late fees and penalties.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, providing insightful analysis.
  • Report on the company's financial health and liquidity, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents, upholding confidentiality and data security.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Controller, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with general ledger functions, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills, spotting numerical mistakes and areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, with a focus on financial management and regulation.
