We're seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Islamabad-based back office team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing the group's financial records, reporting, compliance, and internal controls across cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and supervise all general ledger activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Manage full-cycle accounting for group entities, including real estate, advisory, crypto trading, and business center operations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, consolidations, and financial statements for group management.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Oversee tax compliance in Pakistan including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax filings.
  • Provide support to Dubai HQ in UAE VAT reporting and international tax matters (especially those related to crypto and cross-border payments).
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor and manage company cash flows, bank reconciliations, and intercompany fund transfers.
  • Assist in optimizing working capital and liquidity forecasting.
Internal Controls & Audit:
  • Implement and monitor robust financial controls and risk management systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and provide all required documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready records for cross-border transactions, especially in crypto and real estate asset classes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Professional qualification (ACCA / CA / ICMA), and 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books and ERP experience is a plus. They should also have strong knowledge of IFRS, Pakistan tax regulations, and international financial standards.
