Job Title: Assistant Manager
About the Position:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager. This role involves managing and developing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.
- Develop, build, and maintain a strong client base through effective presentations and product introductions.
- Collaborate with the design team to manage front-end sales efforts.
- Respond promptly to client queries within 48 hours, maintaining high responsiveness levels.
- Work closely with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and ensure stable gross margins.
- Liaise with SCM and Warehouse departments for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with the sites department.
- Review tenders and prepare bidding documents in response to advertised opportunities.
- Partner with the Business Development department to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs, investigate service issues, and coordinate with the Complaints Department for timely resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
