We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our clients and resolve hardware or software issues. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot technical problems: Respond to client inquiries and diagnose complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  2. System Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Client Education: Educate clients on proper usage of systems and basic troubleshooting techniques to enhance their overall experience.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to handle client requests efficiently and effectively.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of support activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Biometric Passport: Must possess a biometric passport.
Salary Information:

The compensation package for this position includes a monthly salary of $1600.
