Inbox Business Technologies, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems.

As a Technical Support Officer, you will work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical problems, provide guidance on software and hardware requirements, and handle escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Root cause analysis of basic IT issues
  • Task management and customer handling skills
  • Well dressed, as it's a customer-facing role
  • Identify and suggest possible procedural improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Graduation in Computer Science
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
