Role Overview: We're looking for a driven professional to join us as Director of Business Development. This role requires building partnerships, closing deals, and growing our brand presence across Pakistan.

The ideal candidate should be Islamabad-based, young, energetic, and aligned with youth culture & modern media. They must have strong communication and persuasion skills and be willing to network, hustle, and think creatively.

  • Identify brands and businesses that align with our events
  • Develop custom business plans and proposals
  • Build relationships with sponsors
  • Attend meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiate deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for activation execution
  • Lead a team for execution and documentation

This is a profit-sharing leadership role that offers an 8% profit share from every event you work on. You'll get to work directly with the Founder & CEO, have your own team, and handle major brand accounts. The compensation package includes potential to earn more based on performance and closings.
