">About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Development Specialist to drive strategic workforce planning and development initiatives. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong talent pipeline, driving capability development, and ensuring effective execution of core HR processes.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote business growth through proactive people strategies that align with short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify innovative solutions to business challenges, integrating Nestl's principles, policies, and local context.
  • Support business teams in executing core people processes such as performance management, salary reviews, job evaluations, and goal alignment.
  • Oversee compliant and efficient recruitment processes adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Catalyze organizational development initiatives by coordinating Center of Excellence (CoE) efforts and implementing people practices against established metrics.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or business partnership.
  • Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and responsive to changing market demands.
  • Working exposure in matrix structured organizations with multiple divisions and/or business groups/categories.
