Project Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to coordinate our project management team. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in setting project standards, managing various projects and teams, resource planning, task planning, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Support and Coordination: Assist project managers in end-to-end project management and delivery.
  2. Project Planning and Execution: Help with project planning, estimation, ensure delivery, tracking, status reporting, client communications, testing, managing project operational parameters, and people management.
  3. Problem Solving and Analysis: Demonstrate problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex situations, learn quickly, and synthesize corresponding solutions, options, and action plans.
  4. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and create documentation outlining process improvements.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps build strong relationships.
  6. Tactical Process Development: Research strategies to develop well-informed tactical processes for clients.
  7. Business Understanding: Examine clients' businesses to gain an understanding of their business processes and objectives.
  8. Documentation and Coordination: Document requirements, prepare proposals, processes, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals, and audio/video training sessions. Coordinate meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors to discuss current projects, new projects, or organizational initiatives.
  9. Strategic Decision Making: Make important planning and strategy decisions.
  10. Issue Escalation: Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed.
  11. Team Activity Tracking: Keep track of team activities, deliverables, and update project status daily.Requirements:

Required Skills:

  1. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  2. Education and Background: IT qualification background (BS-CS, BS-IT, BBA-IT, MBA, or related disciplines).
  3. Proactivity and Adaptability: Should be proactive and a keen learner.
  4. Office Applications: Command over office applications.
  5. Time Management: Deadline oriented.

Required Education: At least Bachelor Degree (Computer Science)
