Lead Fleet Sales and Business Development

This senior leadership role focuses on driving business growth through effective management of key client accounts and exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients in banking, insurance, and corporate segments.
  • Regularly visit clients across the country to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of services.
  • Reconcile account receivables and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Maximize business share with existing customers by understanding their needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities within assigned segments.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies for market expansion.
  • Implement strategies to increase market share and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant academic qualifications.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience.
  • Product experience in a banking environment.
  • Sales experience.
