Healthcare Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our medical billing services team in Lahore.
The ideal candidate will possess native-level English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, particularly Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and convert potential clients in the U.S. healthcare sector
- Promote medical billing and RCM solutions to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive strategic business growth
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare or BPO
- Native-level English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage time effectively, achieving and exceeding defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
