Job Description:

The Assistant Manager Sales will oversee the creation and coordination of integrated marketing and sales campaigns, branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and other related sales functions. They will work under the direction of the Manager Marketing & Sales to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify emerging markets and develop new business strategies to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new projects.
  • Create written plans for new marketing and sales initiatives, including target audiences, timelines, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan.
  • Prepare reporting as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge of supervisory principles.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with developing budgets and managing finances.
  • Strong motivation and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of media relations principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of public information principles and practices.
