Job Overview

This role entails conducting comprehensive testing of .Net based software applications in collaboration with the development team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement testing methodologies for new and existing product features to meet client requirements
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through technical guidance, demos, and training sessions
  • Identify and recommend innovative technologies to enhance product capabilities
  • Conduct research tasks as per client needs and specifications
  • Review quality standards and technical design documents to provide constructive feedback and recommendations
  • Create detailed test plans and cases to ensure thorough testing and validation
  • Document and track bugs efficiently, facilitating timely resolution and closure
  • Perform regression testing after bug fixes to guarantee system stability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address system requirements
  • Stay updated on the latest testing tools and strategies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures to assess product quality and readiness for release
  • Identify and address quality assurance process bottlenecks to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure regression maintenance for new and existing products/features to maintain system integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Major)
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of ETL, QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Persuasive and critical thinking abilities
  • Passion for lifelong learning and professional growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest in learning new technologies and features
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases
