Channel Growth Lead

Job Summary:
As a Channel & Category Lead - Pro at Bazaar Technologies, you will be responsible for developing strategies to drive business growth for the category. This includes resolving operational issues related to payments and deliveries, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with Key Accounts and Operations teams to ensure competitive pricing and seamless supplier management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive more business for a given category.
- Resolve operational issues related to payments and stock deliveries.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Key Accounts teams to drive sales, assortment, and pricing competitiveness.
- Work closely with the Operations team to resolve supplier challenges and manage expiries.
- Develop creative campaign solutions to drive business growth.
- Oversee and track margins on a city level.
- Ensure competitive pricing compared to the market and competition.
- Analyze historical data trends to identify issues and forecast seasonal demands.
- Gather ground-level feedback to efficiently address customer needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Experience managing Channel/Category.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in OOH/HoReCa category management and a network of suppliers.
- Exposure to Startup Culture.
