We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to collaborate with our international partners on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify that all customer revisions have been completed by reviewing redesigned websites, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  2. Prepare a list of completed sites from data in project management tools, import relevant information into document management systems, and track progress effectively.
  3. Manage site status in task management software, organizing active tasks and performing regular project cleanup to maintain efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in document management systems and/or spreadsheet software is required.
  2. Knowledge of project management tools and task management software is preferred but not necessary.
  3. Web design and/or graphic design knowledge is beneficial for creating visually appealing websites.
  4. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
  5. Experience with online collaboration tools such as Zoho, Wrike, or Asana is desired for seamless teamwork.
