Job Title: Digital Learning Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven individual to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of our onsite tech education program.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project or program manager with a passion for education, strong operational and analytical skills, and a working knowledge of the tech industry or technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end management of the onsite tech education program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, facilities, and logistics for all onsite classes and events.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Design and implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outputs, outcomes, and impact.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data related to student performance, program completion rates, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and support a team of instructors, teaching assistants, and coordinators.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing performance evaluations for instructional staff.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and external partners involved in the program.
  • Communicate program updates, expectations, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain systems for attendance tracking, student feedback, assessments, and reporting.
  • Identify areas for operational and instructional improvement and drive evidence-based initiatives.
