Responsibilities:

  2. Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online platforms to approach potential candidates.">
  3. Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to attract top talent for various roles.">
  4. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.">
  5. Screen and qualify candidates to ensure a good match for current and future positions.">
  6. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.">
  7. Track and report on sourcing metrics to improve processes and efficiency.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in German languages, preferably.">
  • At least 2 years' experience in sourcing talent, ideally in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (job boards, networking platforms, ATS, CRM, etc.).">
  • Strong German and English communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.">
  • Tech-savviness with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.">
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.">
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset.">
