Restaurant Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants. This role involves ensuring efficient restaurant operation, maintaining high standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  • Deliver high standards, supervise guest services, and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints and take corrective action immediately.
  • Maintain and offer the best quality of products all the time.
  • Conduct and supervise regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in HR development and recruiting the right people for the job.
  • Estimate consumption, forecast sales, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Conduct Local Store Marketing (LSM) and successfully promote products and brand image.
  • Monitor and deliver compliance practices with sanitation and safety standards as per HACCP guidelines.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective action when necessary.
  • Maintain SOPs and complete documents/papers as required by law.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of proven success working experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Demonstrated career experience in customer service management, preferably in a franchised unit.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and multiple cuisines.
  • Familiar with demographic and eating habits of the local market.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Computer literacy and a good understanding of restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Acute financial management skills.
  • Able to lead, operate, and deliver jobs in challenging situations.
