Business Development Executive - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth and generate leads for student admissions to international institutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education consultancy sector. A strong ability to generate leads and close deals is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  2. Convert leads into successful admissions by guiding students through the application and visa processes.
  3. Achieve a minimum of 5 successful student admissions within the trial period (maximum 3 months).

Compensation Details:

  • Trial Period: Commission-based only.
  • Earn 30% of the total commission value per student once you achieve the target of 5 successful leads.
  • Example: For a student with a total commission value of $1500 CAD, your commission would be $450 CAD (approximately 91,000 PKR).

Post-Trial Period Options:

  • Option 1: 30% Commission per student.
  • Option 2: 20,000 PKR salary + 8% commission per student.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
