Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to lead our Salesforce project acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing relevant projects on freelancing platforms, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-potential Salesforce projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Develop tailored proposals that showcase your expertise and increase the chances of winning projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to create accurate project estimations and understand client requirements.
  • Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and bid success rates for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and offerings to provide expert-level guidance to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bidding for Salesforce projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Custom Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and create tailored proposals.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's algorithms, best practices, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
