We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote engaging content and drive measurable results. This role focuses on leveraging Meta's advertising platforms to maximize brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversions while ensuring efficient use of ad budgets.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote content (e.g., videos, articles, posts) and achieve specific objectives such as traffic, engagement, or conversions
  • Utilize Meta Ads Manager to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns, including A/B testing ad formats, audiences, and creatives.
  • Analyze audience performance and refine targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize content formats (e.g., carousel ads, video ads, stories) to maximize engagement and click-through rates.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on Meta's advertising tools, algorithm changes, and best practices for Facebook and Instagram ads.

What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and pixel implementation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to track and report campaign performance.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative skills to craft compelling ad content.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
