Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding team as an Onboarding Consultant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers by collaborating with them to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored onboarding plans, configuring and customizing the Joblogic platform according to customer needs and preferences, providing support to customers to ensure they are fully proficient in using Joblogic, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.
  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each customer.
  • Configure and customize the Joblogic platform according to customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide support to customers to ensure they are fully proficient in using Joblogic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. They will also have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAAS implementation and onboarding, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
