About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide software support and troubleshoot technical issues or general account queries
  2. Investigate root causes of issues using system knowledge
  3. Gather information on issues from customers to report or escalate to appropriate Subject Matter Experts
  4. Promote a high-quality, professional service-oriented company image among our customer bases
  5. Assist in developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  1. A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  2. Familiarity with the operations and needs of small-to-medium-sized businesses
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English communication (both written & verbal)
  4. Well-developed ability to build strong relationships, quickly establish credibility, and collaborate across multiple internal and external teams
  5. Ability to quickly leverage tools and technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO CRM
