
Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to sell more products or services, ensuring customer projects or deliverables are on track, addressing customer issues and finding solutions quickly, and providing updates on customer performance, contracts, and renewals.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, be a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, and be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to execution.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in customer success, operations, or account management is a plus. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software and comfort with data and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) are also desirable.
