About the Role

This position is responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including payroll, personal files, and exit management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, payroll software, and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Payroll: Process payroll accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  2. File Administration: Maintain up-to-date and organized employee records, ensuring they are audit-ready.
  3. Exit Procedures: Coordinate exit procedures, including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
  4. Employee Support: Provide timely support to employees regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and separations.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in HR Operations, with expertise in payroll, file management, and exit procedures.
  • Strong understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and service-oriented mindset.
