  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Implement policies and frameworks to promote a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
    • Ensure HR practices and programs meet industry standards and company goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment to hire top talent efficiently.
    • Develop a best-in-class employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to showcase the company's innovative culture and career growth opportunities.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
    • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Performance Management
    • Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.
    • Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.
  • HR Policy & Budgeting Management
    • Create, update, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with legal standards and support company culture.
    • Develop and manage HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure the effective execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
    • Implement systems and processes to optimize HR efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
    • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Employer Branding & Quality Standards
    • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all HR functions to reflect the company's reputation.
    • Partner with leadership to promote the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within service-oriented industries.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
    • Adept at navigating complex challenges and driving change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
