Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Azure. This senior role involves bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, guiding both clients and internal teams to success.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned architect who can communicate complex ideas clearly, think critically, and operate effectively within a software services company environment. Experience juggling multiple clients, complex stakeholder needs, and fast-paced delivery expectations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end software architectures using .NET and Azure that meet business and technical objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders.
  • Define and document architecture decisions, design patterns, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead architectural discussions with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and constraints.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Guide teams on the application of best practices, cloud-native design, and DevOps integration.
  • Participate in pre-sales conversations and technical discovery sessions as needed.
  • Mentor developers and technical leads to elevate overall technical capability across the team.
