As an AI Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that streamline lead generation, enhance content strategy, improve customer engagement, and provide real-time marketing analytics. You'll work closely with marketing, data, and product teams to embed intelligent automation across our entire inbound marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Build AI-driven tools to automate lead capture, scoring, and qualification.
  • Use machine learning models to improve audience targeting and segmentation.

Content Optimization

  • Apply NLP and AI models to improve content relevance, SEO performance, and personalization.
  • Automate content performance analysis and A/B testing.

Customer Engagement

  • Automate email campaigns, chat interactions, and social media responses using AI.
  • Develop and optimize AI-powered tools like chatbots and dynamic content engines.

Analytics

  • Implement AI-based analytics solutions to track and visualize marketing performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

End-to-End Marketing Automation

  • Identify repetitive tasks across the marketing funnel and automate them using AI.
  • Create scalable, intelligent workflows to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Proven experience applying AI/ML in marketing or automation-focused roles.
  • Experience with NLP, recommender systems, chatbots, and marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
