Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our portfolio of digital and aftermarket services.
- Lead business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and service delivery teams.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities using our strong portfolio of digital and aftermarket services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in automation, digitalization, or industrial services.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Understanding of industrial technologies like MES, IoT, XR/VR, and Advanced Analytics (AI/ML).
- Strong business acumen with ability to craft compelling value propositions.
- Experience working with or alongside partners such as Rockwell Automation, Microsoft, or AVEVA is a plus.
