Senior Growth Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead business expansion and growth through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, driving sustainable financial growth through enhanced sales and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Identification: Identify and engage with prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Sales Promotion: Utilize online and word-of-mouth channels to promote our business offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling client proposals and contracts that showcase the value of our services.
  • Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Business Proposal Writing: Develop well-crafted business proposals to secure new opportunities.
  • Lead Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate leads and expand our network.
  • Development Channels: Continuously identify and explore new development channels to stay ahead in the market.
  • Social Media Marketing Expertise: Possess expertise in Social Media Marketing and VoIP, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.
  • English Proficiency: Demonstrate exceptional English language skills, as effective communication is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Shift: Ability to work day and night shifts as required.
  • Degree: BSCS, BSIT, BCOM, BSSE, BBA, or MBA degree from a reputable institution.
  • Location: Based in Lahore, Pakistan.
