Production Manufacturing Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the production line operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in operating encapsulation machines.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Operating encapsulation machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production, downtime, changeovers, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS standards, including safety and zero waste policies.
  • Improving machine efficiency, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Resolving machine issues and implementing measures to improve overall production efficiency.
