As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a calm and courteous manner.
- Ensure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards and making necessary adjustments.
- Resolve patient issues using multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Prepare medication requisitions and administer medications according to established protocols.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting doctors with procedures, maintaining accurate documentation of nursing care, managing medical supplies, and performing delegated tasks related to patients and non-patient duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- BScN with 0-2 years of experience or Diploma with 1-4 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and procedures is essential for this role. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
