
Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to expand our client base in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel at finding leads independently and converting them into loyal customers for custom box packaging services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect businesses across the US with packaging needs via online platforms, directories, and databases.
- Initiate calls with businesses to pitch our custom box packaging services, building interest and rapport.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by providing solutions that align with their packaging requirements.
- Manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through until orders are secured.
- Cultivate efforts to close deals and secure packaging orders by understanding customer needs and conveying the value of our offerings.
- Stay updated on packaging trends and competitor offerings to better position us within the market.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrate exceptional native verbal and written American English communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.
- Exhibit strong research skills with the ability to find and qualify leads independently.
- Display organized and detail-oriented traits, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Show comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Apply knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Achieve sales closure.
