At Timeus Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a German language speaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing friendly, accurate, and timely customer service through phone and email in German, resolving customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, returns, and other post-sales issues.
• Effectively handling customer complaints and disputes, ensuring proper resolution of issues to maintain the company's reputation.
• Maintaining customer database, recording and tracking customer feedback and issues, ensuring timely update and archiving of customer information.
• Assisting the sales team in dealing with order issues from German customers, coordinating logistics and delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Providing valuable information and suggestions to relevant departments by relaying common customer issues and market information for product improvement and market decision-making.
You will be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
• Proficiency in German at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate and write in German fluently.
• Good command of English for basic communication.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
